Utilities Bills via E-mail ?

The Village of Genoa is interested…would you  like to receive your utility bill via E-mail?

To help receive your utility bills in a more timely fashion, the Village is inquiring as to whether you would like having your utility bill E-mailed to you?

If this is something you believe you would like, please let the Village Billing Office know by contacting Leeann at ldufendock@genoaohio.org or by placing a memo in your next utility payment.

Let us know which option you would prefer, having your bill sent via:

  1. E-mail only
  2. E-mail & U.S. mail (paper bill)
  3. U.S. mail only (paper bill)
