Small Business Loans

While FirstEnergy’s utilities are committed to providing you with reliable electric service throughout the coronavirus pandemic, we also are interested in providing information that may add value for your community during this economic disruption.

Accordingly, I wanted to make sure you were aware the federal stimulus package (CARES Act) includes loans for small businesses that can be used to assist your community’s businesses through this time with rent, utilities, payroll and other expenses.

The attached information details the program, and I urge small businesses in your community to contact the Small Business Administration or their lender to determine if the loans might be right for their business at this time.
