OPERATION OF THE AUTOMATIC SITE GATE
A.) Pass your key card in front of the red electronic eye. If authorized the light will turn green and the gate will open.
B.) The gate will remain open for 90 seconds.
C.) If you pull your vehicle onto the concrete pad, both outside of the gate and inside the gate, the gate will remain open for the entire time you are at the site.
D.) Once you are inside the gate and you pull off of the concrete pad the gate will close in 90 seconds.
E.) There is an electronic eye across the inside of the gate and if you break this beam the gate will open and time out for another 90 seconds.
F.) If the aget closes with your vehicle inside the fenced in area all you need to do is pull onto the concrete pad and the gate will open.
G.) Once you leave the site the gate will close automatically in 90 seconds.
H.) This site is monitored by security cameras and all rules established for this site must be complied with.
RULES & REGULATIONS FOR YARD WASTE DISPOSAL SITE 2010
A.) It shall be unlawful for any CONTRACTOR to utilize the yard waste dump site for personal use, and/or is retained by a resident for removal of their yard waste to utilize the site.
B.) It shall be unlawful for any unathorized resident to dispose of METAL, PLASTIC BAGS, TRASH, BUILDING MATERIALS, TIRES and CONCRETE.
C.) No authorized resident shall dispose of TREES, or TREE LIMBS BIGGER THAN 4 INCHES IN DIAMETER, AND THEY MUST BE CUT INTO 6 FT. SECTIONS.
D.) All permitted yard waste MUST be dumped inside the fenced in area. It SHALL BE UNLAWFUL for any person to dump outside the perimeters of the fenced in site.
E.) Any person who dumps outside the fenced in area will be guilty of a misdemeanor, and fined FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) for each violation.
F.) The fenced in area is monitored by a security camera and is reviewed daily. Each key card is logged for every use as to time of day, frequency fo use, and the card number of each holder.
G.) Only the household that the key card is issued to is authorized to use the card. Any MISUSE of the key card such as, allowing an unauthorized person to use their key card shall be subject to a fine up to $500.00. A 1ST OFFENCE would impose a fine of $250.00, 2ND OFFENCE would impose a $500.00 FINE, and the Village will revoke the Village issued card.
H.) DISPOSAL SITE HOURS
THE DISPOSAL SITE HOURS WILL BE ESTABLISHED AS FOLLOWS:
* Disposal site will be open 7 days a week from
* April 1st - November 1st of 2010, and
* Yard Waste Disposal Site hours are 8:00a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
