Leeann was born in Oregon, Ohio but is a life-long resident of the Village of Genoa. She graduated from Genoa High School and attended Ohio State University.

Leeann spends the majority of her spare time proudly supporting her son, Seth, in his various activities.  Her remaining spare time is spent with family, friends, crocheting, reading, and spending time with her four legged family members.

Leeann joined the administration staff in 1998 as a utilities billing clerk and has been promoted to Utilities/Billings Manger since then.  She is a member of the Genoa Firettes (Women’s Auxiliary Fire Department), and a member of Genoa Chamber.
